*Refund Policy*

If a customer withdraws more than 21 days prior to the event, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund of fees, this refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

If a customer withdraws less than 21 days but more than 14 days prior to the event, customer is entitled to a 75% refund, this refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

If customer withdraws less than 14 days prior to the event, customer is entitled to a 50% refund, this refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

In the instance that the event is cancelled by the company, the customers are entitled to a full refund, this refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.
